Over the past few weeks, we've been working on new features and revising key workflows.
Here are the most important updates:
Daily entries for resources
Daily posting with monthly view in coapp
Booking resources now support same-day bookings! These are displayed in a new monthly view.
With daily bookings, you can now offer resources with even greater flexibility —for example, for:
Coworking desks, meeting rooms, event spaces, and podcast studios
Coaching sessions, office hours, or consultation appointments
Shared spaces, vehicles, or tools
Vacation rentals or guest rooms

To complement the new booking experience, we’ve expanded the resource configuration options in the admin area and made the interface more user-friendly with collapsible cards.
Here's what's new in resource creation:
Booking by the day: You can now create reservations specifically for full days. This allows you to set precise check-in and check-out times (even spanning into the following day).
Nuki Smart Lock Automation: You can now automatically generate temporary access codes for booked resources and send them directly to your Nuki Keypad. This allows you to fully automate access to rooms or resources—without any manual effort on your team’s part.
Duplicate resources: You can now copy existing resources with a single click, which speeds up the setup process significantly.
