New in the KPI Dashboard: Measure Reach and Engagement

Two new metrics have been added to the KPI dashboard to give you even better insights into your community's growth.

"Reached Unique Users " shows you how many individual members were exposed to content in your community during a given time period.

"Engaged Unique Users " shows you how many individual members have actively interacted with your community—for example, through posts, comments, reactions, messages, or event participation.

With these metrics, you'll not only be able to track your community's growth in the future, but also better understand how many people you're actually reaching and how active your members are.

The new KPIs are now available in the dashboard.

In this guide , you’ll learn which community KPIs you should track regularly and why metrics like “Reached Unique Users” and “Engaged Unique Users” provide particularly valuable insights into your community’s growth.
