Booking upgrades and permission management

This month we have some really handy new Features for you:

So that you can do even better what you already do great - offer your members more, manage access in a more targeted way and build a business model that really suits your community.

From now on you can:

  • Offer members paid extras for bookings (more upsell, less effort)

  • Specify exactly who can see and book what

That is new:

 

Booking Upgrades

You can now add optional upgrades to any bookable resource. Whether rooms, services, sessions or equipment: users can now select add-ons such as "Additional space", "Recording", "Coffee" and much more when booking.

  • New upselling opportunities without additional effort

  • Users design their own experience

  • More sales per booking - without any extra tools

  • Freely definable quantities and prices

Ideal for coaching, event rooms, studio setups and more.

 

Permission Management (Beta)

We have introduced a new access management system for resources. You can now define for each individual resource who can see it and who can book it.

You can define authorizations based on:

  • User roles (e.g. only admins)

  • Membership rates (e.g. Pro users only)

  • Individual users

Why this is important:

  • Exclusive content for certain member groups

  • Better control over internal resources

  • Clear interfaces - only show what is relevant

And that is just the beginning:

We will soon be applying this logic to other areas of the platform 🎉 - e.g. events, pages and content. You will soon be able to control who can see and use what across the platform.

  • Obsolete components removed, bundle size optimized

  • Hotfix released for better performance

  • Profile pictures now load up to 100x faster
