The bulk ticket purchase feature is now available. This allows your members and guests to purchase tickets for colleagues, teams, or guests in a single transaction.

We’ve also streamlined the checkout process. In addition to credit card payments, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, we now support two more established payment methods to give your customers more flexibility:

Starting now , you'll find the new "Manage Participants" button right inside each event . This quick link takes you straight to the new participant dashboard. 🤩

Full control & overview: See all sold tickets, ticket codes, prices, and the payment status of your participants at a glance in a clear list.
Convenient CSV export: Download your attendee and sales data as a CSV file with just one click—perfect for your accounting, smooth admission control, or printing name tags.
Manual Cancellations & Removals: Need to cancel a registration? Just click the three dots next to the person’s name. For paid tickets, the cancellation and refund process will be initiated immediately. For events without tickets, you can simply “remove” participants here.
Smart Group Cancellation: If someone has booked tickets for their entire team using the new multi-ticket purchase feature, the system automatically recognizes this. The related tickets are canceled and refunded in a single step.
