Coworking spaces have established themselves as a home for New Work. But how is access managed for the community? And which member has access at which time?
Coapp has now integrated an access management feature that solves exactly that. An access can be set up for each member. Room operators select the door lock of their choice and coapp assigns the access rights for the room.
With access management, it is now possible to control who has access to rooms and when. This is an important step to increase security and productivity. With this feature, specific permissions can be assigned to each member. For example, managers can have full access and others only limited access.
Digital locking cylinders from deister electronic are already compatible with coapp. Other electronic locks from other manufacturers such as Nuki, Salto and YPTOKEY will follow soon.
